Could be in some way, but we have already seen that ML doesn't have external female genitalia, nor any scar pointing to C-section delivery. That was why I was hoping it woudn't be mpreg/ABO. Perhaps there will still be some plot twist that he isn't the one who birthed the children and the guy who used him is delusional freak in addition to being rapist but everything based on dialogue and behaviour of ppl around suggest omegaverse as for now. Maybe I will check how it is progressing in the future, but as for today I'm passing.
It has started as good thiller with a cult and cool 90' premise. But then there was more and more SA added, disturbing hypersexualisation and now this weird backstory in omegaverse settings (including mpreg - did the guy birthed the children with his ass? I get that Omegaverse has its own logic but here in real "world" premise it just doesn't click). No jugement - just wanted to share my opinion - it could be interesting still but I had high hopes for something totally different so I will be skipping. For the rest - enjoy!
