Okay but …. I was really liking the fact that this sub-uke's literal profession was teaching a self-defense sport bc I thought it helped balance the ~subs/ukes aren’t always helpless little pussies~ cliche. Like subs are (typically) masochists but that doesn’t mean they can’t inflict harm themselves, they just don’t derive sexual pleasure from it. Plus in general we all get tired of the overdone ~bottom's so weak they couldn’t win a match against a pug~ bit…so way to waste this characters potential and just let him remain a doormat to the world both in & out of the bedroom uhhhhgg he coulda taken that grass hair mf down so fast and it woulda been so spectacular
