I haven't finished yet (I paused it cuz it gave me nightmares lol) and maybe I'm tripping but as far as I got I think this is a demonstration of how revenge can ruin your life. I know it's incorrect to assume things but i have the impression that the author went through sexual violence and they were craving for revenge but probably realized how that was consuming their life... just like Juyeon, his whole life is his abuser, he has no life aside from torturing Jiwook, he has no aspirations, no dreams. He's at no return point. He's beyond salvation. Is it worth it? Is it worth making that made you suffer, suffer while you lose yourself in the way? I think that's what author wants to make us ask ourselves or maybe a question they got themselves... idk

That is interesting, i heard something similiar that the author have problems with men or some guy that they met so they kinda make those types of stories like sadistic beauty and this reverse thinking to feel relief? But i dont know if that’s correct either.
I don’t know why everyone (specified to haters) saying it’s just “rapeslop” cause i can’t see that, i see it still as psychological. And i haven’t even read the novel. But that is not just rape.
