It's nothing much. They just use them in some occasions to increase their charm, and when they were undercover as a succubus and incubus respectfully. They did..look completely godly, gorgeous and out of the world charming wearing those harnesses tho(ㆁωㆁ)

Well..it does happen quite late. First of all she can't even do anything even if she wants rn cause of the genre. But things does heat up quite a bit after she does change it. That'll also be when there are many big events and fights. And mostly surrounding the evil boy, ofc(；^ω^）
