Not to mention the whiplash I get while reading this like some parts will randomly have that goofy sitcoms vibes in the middle of this gaddamn tragedy and the writing acts like this is some normal coming of age story after these kids were literally battling with their lives.
Yes, I do love the story and the pathway it's on rn but you can't say what I said weren't true as well. Like dyk how frustrating it is for the characters to be giggling after literally almost dying?? Like that shi is so weird to me, it doesn't help that this artist's art style leans heavily stylized either, it highkey feels like some parts of this is downplaying what has happened in the story so far, I feel like that's due to the pace of the goofy moments having no breather in between
