They're basically a corrupt government, you wouldn't be saying don't rebel when you're at the whim of crazy ppl who could kill you at any moment. I mean that one red hair guy was gonna torture the head of security because he thought he lost the key. No due process or anything. Living in fear isn't really living

i mean, i get them to some extent because the guy got fucking killed in the courtyard for stealing medicine for his sick kid. that's fucked up. at the same time, they're safe from the outside world because of Guwon, but they're not safe from him either. it's a complicated situation hahhaha
this might be the humanities major in me speaking but freedom is somemthing which drives people mad. So many nations were at war with their colonizers for centuries just to get their freedom to live, to work and most importantly their freedom to govern,EVEN IF it costs them their economy and quality of life. I know this is a stretch and this is a BL manhwa after all, maybe the author hasnt put much thought to it, but i think of her highly since she seems to be a good storyteller and puts alot of thought into her characters

I would recommend letting the manhwa marinate for a while.. come back after the second season finale if the plot doesnt make sense to you by then just drop it, why force yourself to read something you dont fw ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

They show us the ML being smart as fk and in a few situations they change it.
believe me, i know the historical background of uprisings. at the same time, this is a bl where the main threats are zombies, diseases, and other people. that's why i understand why they don't want to keep living under Guwon's boot and playing by his rules. on the other hand, there's the outside world, where they could easily end up in an even worse situation.
i think they hope they'll manage or that they'll be able to stay in the place they're in now when they kill guwon and his people
Well human always get “ greedy” at first they’re happy to be safe, have somewhere to live and food. Then they want more (wich doesn’t always mean a bad thing) like equality and justice. If I were a mother, I would also steal medicine for my kid (even more if they have it but won’t let me buy it because I don’t remember the reason but ik it wasn’t that big of a deal)
i swear the teacher has a negative IQ to even think about trusting that guy. and most importantly, do they seriously think this rebellion is going to work? with that brat and the hunting dogs? especially when they can't even act normal, everything is written all over their faces.
