Sometimes the uploaders or whoever scans it to WEBTOON use enhancers that zoom and specify all the art in the panels kinda like how websites (like twitter) leave your photos looking different than how you first did them. If that makes sense
I have a feeling AI has been used in a few background panels or at least an AI enhancer since some scene just tickle my AI sensors or something
