If you mean bird brained (people also just use bird for short). It's kind of like a pick me, in the sense that you are dumb (bird brained/having a little brain) and kind of a follower when it comes to your partner. Think the "my man, my man, my may" people. Birds are also kind of stuck in hetero normative and traditional dynamics.
Feeling like a bird seems like it's associated with freedom imo.
