It's not 100% alike but I really recommend cosmic princess kaguya. The manga isn't on this site but there's an anime. You should totally watch the anime because the manga artist is kinda homophobic The story has the intelligent nonchalant gf x moon goddess/princess just like sandrone and bina!

If you mean bird brained (people also just use bird for short). It's kind of like a pick me, in the sense that you are dumb (bird brained/having a little brain) and kind of a follower when it comes to your partner. Think the "my man, my man, my may" people. Birds are also kind of stuck in hetero normative and traditional dynamics.
Feeling like a bird seems like it's associated with freedom imo.
