kinda off topic, but are you fluent? I’ve been studying for a year and I feel like there’s no end to it and I’ll never reach the level of fluency I reached in other languages I learned ㅠㅠ

Honestly, it's been five years but I learn something new about the language and culture everyday! Although a year is a really long time to learn a language, I can assure you it's only the beginning. I recommend reading korean books, writing your diary in korean, or listening to korean songs and trying to understand what the lyrics mean! There's always room for improvement, so don't be discouraged! Constant practice is the key, I didn't practice much, but I tried to speak korean at least everyday (to myself TT~TT). With the right mindset, and equipment you can achieve fluency!!! (just don't get lazy like me...) :D
