If you mean bird brained (people also just use bird for short). It's kind of like a pick me, in the sense that you are dumb (bird brained/having a little brain) and kind of a follower when it comes to your partner. Think the "my man, my man, my may" people. No, he really did die. Think of hikaru and ‘hikaru’ as two different people. Maybe to some people it’s a metaphor but? It’s more like ‘hikaru’ took over the original body since hikaru died
