He doesn't remember caring for Gyuha. The Chanyoung we see now is the old asshole who still had many sex partners and didn't love Gyuha. So that's a few years before the chasing arc.
I should add that he had one night stands instead of sexual partners. My bad.
Maybe I missed something but I don’t understand the indifference that he’s showing. When they had the talk at the cafe, Chayoung already liked him, or at least felt fondly towards him. He went around looking for him, and was angry when he believed that Gyuha had gotten someone else pregnant. Why does it seem like he doesn’t really care about Gyuha at all besides occasionally feeling left out when his memory stops at a point when he should care.
