There’s a report button next to the upvote/downvote buttons
Aside from the report option on their comments, if their replies to others are also offensive, you can try linking the comments, the user's page, and send it to mango email: [email protected] with details about the issue.
Beware though, from what I've seen, being mean and insulting others for no reason isn't exactly priority on the reports list. Because so many people on mango behave like that....
Some people are mean for no reason with others and very insulting.
