i do desperately wish they switched in that one episode :') but still i love all the characters, and all the Strong Women are such baddies ahhhh AND there's sapphic rep!!! such a green flag couple. it's kinda hard to think i ever thought of theo as stereotypical cold duke and alpha male (literally). i remember thinking he has a secret soft side, but i was still surprised by how his spirit was such a cute crybaby. it's fun to realize that is how he is, even when he's telling seth to gtfo with a :| face. he's so lovable. he prioritizes others over himself in a not-so-rational way (ie his "i'll just have to deal with it" attitude of fighting while pregnant, not asking for help), is anxious and surprisingly obedient/passive (wanting to do what's best for others over what he wants, ie keeping the second pregnancy). i was really thinking his toxic childhood friend would kidnap him and was secretly hoping for a slightly higher stakes situation in the last battle, like theo's army winning but theo getting kidnapped or injured or set to be executed (but getting saved last minute). seth's army and then Mommy's army showed up before anything went wrong, so i felt like there wasn't a lot of tension to the scene or to that arc in general, which should have been very tense and life-or-death since their family was accused of treason.
