They're ai users who completely disregards whether there is someone who already picked up the project or not. Jujucat even posted a notice but they didn't care and does it to every other uploaders who is doing an actual translating
Hate to break it to you, but it's normal in the art community. (^-^) Art styles naturally evolve over months or years of drawing(especially consistently), so of course there will be noticeable changes.
