There are two types of people in the comments: those who absolutely love this manhwa and have been reading it since they were younger, and those who are reading it for the first time as adults and are genuinely disgusted by it. I belong to the second group and honestly, the entire story is incredibly irritating to me. I dropped it at chapter 40 because I just couldn't put up with it anymore.
If you're thinking about starting this, here's my advice: don't, unless you're comfortable reading non-consensual content and extremely disturbing themes. And by that, I don't mean a few questionable scenes or a problematic relationship dynamic. I'm talking about actual non-con.
I know some people have a nostalgic attachment to this manhwa and I'm not trying to tell anyone what they should or shouldn't enjoy. But if you're reading it for the first time and have a low tolerance for bodily violation, medical abuse and disturbing power dynamics, please take this as a warning. This is not the kind of story you should go into expecting a normal alpha-omega romance!
