This sucks that such a gorgeous story ended at only 10 chapters. And if the author admitted that she wasn't happy with the manuscript, I'm guessing this has a very lackluster ending indeed. Authors never say that even when the finale is crap

I pushed myself so hard to avoid a hiatus at all costs that I am not entirely satisfied with my physical condition or the manuscript. Although it is a short story, it felt incredibly long to me, while I imagine these three months were disappointingly short for the readers.
