Art style so beautiful and story line so interesting but tbh I didn't enjoy them as a couple. Like it was clear from the beginning that Todd had ulterior motives. I mean the farm owner telling him to not trust anyone and then someone appearing out of nowhere, it's pretty obvious. And sometimes there were hints Todd was just playing with Dennis, Fe the look at him after Dennis controlling his body searching after weapons in the beginning. Or generally his eyes, I don't know if I'm just ultra sensitive but I think a person's eyes are the best way to find out what kind of person someone is, if they are "good" or "bad" for you and yeah they just reflect the heart and a person’s true self so perfectly. While I was reading I focused on both of their eyes, Dennis seemed so natural, innocent and caring you could see the iris and other details while he was laughing and his eyes seemed so expressive and genuin. Todds were so dark and had a scary and creepy vibe behind, he always looked so sketchy and were always hinting at his betrayal and deceitfulness and viciousness. I think this story has many different deep symbols and metaphors but I'm not very good at analysing those. I can't explain it further, but I know for a fact that the animals, the sheep and the wolf/cayotee are standing for Dennis and Todd. The sheep, it's white fur and all standing for Dennis since he's a innocent, lovely and a caring person who just wants to experience love in it's purest and warmest form, while the wolf is symbolising Todd as he's putting on an act for him and deceiving him, only to devour him in the end. Or while they were having sex, the hunted and killed horse pointing out that Dennis is in danger. Furthermore, I think the first dead sheep was symbolising the end of the story: Todd deceiving Dennis. I liked this comic/manwha since it was for its short chapters so deeply interesting and kinda dark. The horse for sure but I think also other animals not wanting to get touched by Todd (since he's the evil one and generally the saying that animals sense a person's true form), the look of the animals at Dennis every time something happened, their eyes Fe looking at Dennis after he realized that the first sheep died, but also when he was going to kill one etc. I don't know if I'm just a scaredy cat, but I myself was scared of Todd since he seemed to me so dangerous and devious. Anyways, all in all a very interesting story with many symbols and metaphors, unique art style, which makes their faces and looks so expressive and much more. Recommended.
