Well normally if you try to kiss someone and they let you, it means they were okay with it. And after a lot of kissing obviously they would be starting a relationship, but thats where they both misunderstood, since MC was naïve and ML thought he was accepting his advances.
It was implied with the panels of Akki being blushy and comparing Yuu to a romance ML and saying he’s handsome and cool and that he likes him…..so Yuu thought he liked him and started making romantic advances (kissing etc)
Uhh I didn’t really understand why the male lead started randomly kissing the mc. And he kissed the mc so casually too. Idk I thought that would be cleared up I don’t get it.
