Kinda new since most comics/media/manwhas/etc. have a escapade like "damnsel in distress" "more pure than holy water protagonist" "knight to protect and save" "everybody bullying/stepping over the MC, somebody save them, they won't do anything as they are so pure!" "through the power of friendship and some ted talk, villains will change their ways through feeling the saint speech aura of the mc". Therefore, already a clear parameter on who are the bad or good guys. Here, those clique hooks are out of the way to wait on what will come next and how they will handle their distorted perspectives. Everybody sucks, so, let's see how they handle this. (Tho, the other clique on bringing a sad backstory to whichever character strikes once again).
