“Even if that were true, dont abandon me.” kinda contradicting cause he likes the high he gets when he’s chasing someone but doesnt like getting abandoned huh. By this phrase, if he did only get interested when he’s only chasing someone, what’s gonna happen to the uke if he did not run away? won’t it just lead to them breaking up? I dont know this what im blabbering because I feel like that’s not a reassuring phrase to someone you want to stay.
