This is my first time hearing the 4th timeline. I thought there was only 3. Interesting.
The 4th is supposed to be an extra so it wasnt as long as the other 2 timeline. I do remember in 4th timeline after aeroc woke up, they never had sex again except hugging and holding hands
I read a comment last year, mentioning that there's a timeline in the Novel, in which, Aeroc was reborn and grown up by the time Klopp reached oldage. He tried to bound the debt ridden young master with his money but the Alpha Aeroc was too much of a manwh0re to be loyal to Klopp. He frequently visited omega brothels which angered the old man Klopp. Aeroc eventually turned Omega at the end but I guess watching "Aeroc for the streets" was a suitable punishment for the old madman. I really wanted to see it in the manga.

I had read comments about that story but never was able to find it to read it, I actually read the novel (supposedly the complete one) in Spanish because I wasn’t able to find it in English anywhere. So I can’t really say if that timeline it’s original from the author or a fanfic, there are a few fanfic that reads like part of the actual novel! If anyone have read this one please tell us! Ahaha
So, there are 4 timelines in ITRG
1-The OG timeline we all known and hate, the one where Aeroc dies at the end, that its season 1 of the manhwa.
2- The second timelines that Start when Aeroc dies and regresses with his memories, but Klopp Doesn’t. This it’s our second season of the manhwa.
They end up together in a “happy ending” but Aeroc keep looking for his children, whose do not exists in this timeline. They have other children. It’s still sad for Aeroc longing for those children.
3- The third timeline start when Klopp dies in the first timeline, after growing old and alone.
He regressed with all his memories but Aeroc doesn’t.
Klopp is mad because it’s imprinted with the OG Aeroc and keep looking for him. In the end after not being able to kill himself because this Aeroc it’s not his Aeroc, he acts like he got amnesia and end up in a relationship with this Aeroc who it’s becoming an omega, but keep longing for the OG Aeroc, the broken one. Suffering because of it.
4- And the fourth timeline that start when the OG Aeroc do not die but fall into a coma. He woke up after months and Klopp had taken care of him all this time. In this timeline Aeroc it’s able to be a mama for his OG children And have a relationship with Klopp, but Klopp it’s dying slowly because of his imprinting and have to take an Alpha medicine that it’s basically poison to keep being sane for his children. They end up all leaving the capital together because of someone tell the real origin of the children (they pass them as Raphiel child’s but the births are all after he is already dead so, if people find out that he made Aeroc an omega and all the shit, it’s gonna be bad) and keep living together.
The 2 and 3 timelines exist at the same time, they are parallel to each other and that’s why the OG Aeroc and Klopp would never be together again, their souls are separated each one his own time line.
And the 4 it’s a alternate timeline, it’s not parallel but have the OG souls from the first timeline in an alternate universe where the ogs have to deal with the fallout from the first timeline.
