She doesnt even want to take care of him y'all. She wants to get rid of him but, ofcourse, instead of being a rude person, she wants him to be gone on his own.
Tbf, these kind of oblivious people should always ask someone's age so we, the readers, wont get stressed out whether this is ethical or not. Like asking someone's age is easy in order to determine if they are an abandoned child or to know how many years have they suffered. (not necessarily for these reasons tho, there may be other)
Remember, always ask for someone's age especially online. who knows you may be chatting to a someone dangerous.
