Normally hate those but it would work so well and make this more dramatic
Right! Like normally they kinda just are mid but it would really help him get fully reinserted back into the plot in the way he wants. Like i think without it no matter what it’s going to be harder and harder to justify his position in his personal relationships without lording over them with his position at work which would fully eff him over.
And with how much him being a beta is mentioned as a way to view him as less than and as someone unworthy of making his own choices in love this would add a really good shift for him.
People can feel however they want about the work but they really do try and communicate and fix their issues in a very realistic way. I’m not even rooting for him or anything, I’m just on the side of making the work the best it can be lol

Agreed with team leader, but seeing how the author's other work is a throuple, and for some reason team leader is supposed to be seen as just as bad as the director--WHICH IS TOTALLY UNFAIR--I'm guessing it'll be a throuple ending.
Praying for this to be an alpha awakening so that this work can get even more juicy content to keep it going
