seems there’s a lot of differences from the novel so far. mc immediately starts living in the park instead of staying with his cat friend’s family for a couple nights, and lawyer yang seems to have been totally omitted in place of this cat hybrid informant system

Yeah, idk why it cut out lawyer yang when he played a pretty important role, especially in Garam's support system. The fact that they cut out Garam staying in his cat friend's house significantly reduced Garam's struggle, characterization, and world-building and just rushed into the romance aspect with Sa Muheon. Kinda sad tbh

it feels like they just don’t care for the novel, they’re just trying to hop on the beastman hype and not doing their due diligence to actually read the story. mc is fine living in the park, but it’s not like he’s totally carefree. he’s still mindful of why he’s in hiding in the first place and expresses a lot of worry about causing trouble for the people helping him. and when mc was sleeping in that huge bed with the ml in squirrel form i genuinely was like HUH where’s the tiny bed by the nightstand??? that the author mentions multiple times??? that the mc likes a lot and uses while he’s in recovery??? the mc will literally just die if the ml ever rolls around in his sleep ( °Д °) even little details like mc liking dried cranberries… those are so clearly blueberries just colored red. they would’ve had better luck recoloring raisins, it’s just silly seeing the mc eat it like candy when fresh cranberries are incredibly sour ^^;

Yeah ig, it does show Garam still struggling some but I guess it just feels kinda... Idk, rushed(?) without the transition period, especially since he went back multiple times to lawyer yang, and he wasn't a character that was just mentioned once.

And YEAH! the tiny bed that he was so comfortable in is gone and I'm so sad about it cuz the novel always described how comfy it was for Garam and how he always snuggled with his fluffy tail(while sometimes staring at Muheon as he was falling asleep lolol). I think it was really cute cuz it showed just how dedicated Muheon was in providing Garam with utmost care. Like why would Muheon risk squishing Garam in his sleep like??? ಠ︵ಠ That man is so careful with Garam that doing that seems ooc lmfao

Yeah and the berries thing too... I guess it was just easier to draw and better looking for aesthetics ig(｡•︿•｡)

Mannn, I'm currently in ch 103 of the novel and I really hope they don't cut more significant details out.

Does the cat friend has a partner too?
