I read the early chapters i think it was implied the uke slept around and also there is a chapter the uke was talking to an old friend from college about it was also implied about how go around slept with people in college

The uke had been in relationships before. The seme tried to have sex with only one person but because the other person was a beta and he is well-endowed, they only got to trying to put it in and failed (lol). The seme was drunk then too, so basically the seme doesn't rlly have any experience.

I understand where you’re coming from but what I am implying is that after they met each other and they had sex none of them ever cheated and never slept with anyone else. the whole point of this novel is not about cheating or sleeping with others, it is about how two people completely opposite grow together out of their own insecurities, communicate and love each other to the point that they have kids together
I think you misunderstood the original question. OP was just asking if they slept around “in the past”, not moving forward in the story :) OP was just curious/asking to clarify
