I mean I think there's been some progress even in that chapter, kasuya is seriously considering whether he is okay with anyone or not. In the end the premature ejaculation makes the decision easier for him, but, there's things happening emotionally, if very slowly lol
He’s considering in way where he’s comparing himself to Kuzuya. Like “if kuzuya can do it why can’t I?”. I remember him literally being jealous of Kuzuya after he was raped by his high school bully (it’s weird reaction but that’s the compelling storytelling Harada goes for LoL)
They’re definitely heading towards being platonic soulmates-fuck buddies but they wouldn’t pass on the opportunity to explore other options too. It would be easier to just enjoy this story that way so that people won’t get upset/disappointment imo.

Lowkey why do some of yall read harada if you hate their messed up characters and dynamics? Kasuya and Kuzuya were never meant to be a romantic pair, they’re just fuck buddies. Seeing people treat this like some kind of serious romance makes me think we’ve lost the plot. Like wdym people are upset Kasuya “spread his legs easily” for yokoshima when kuzuya doesn’t even give a fuck. This is supposed to be a casual “slice of life” with dark themes that are desensitized for entertainment. The characters are messed up, but if yall are reading this in hopes Harada will give some kind of “development” and get upset at every compelling progress along the plot, then you better just drop this story.
