I don't think so ASPD(anti social personality disorder) is categorized as neurodivergence

Neurodivergent is in my opinion more accurate in Grayson's case. And he has a heavy case of Alexithymia.
ASPD doesn't really fit him, it's probably his parents and the doctors thought him to be.

He doesn’t have ASPD . He has Alexithymia mostly seen in autism and ADHD
