It doesn’t really glorify hills at all in my opinion
If a story doesn't portray something as good, it's not glorifying anything. If you need the narrative to explicitly spell out "this is wrong" rather than being able to tell the situations being depicted are wrong, then I'm not sure you should continue.
It has the theme along with many other warning tags like nectrophilia, mutilation,incest and yada yada but manga itself doesn't glorify it
