What ? The whole thing is coercion, the MC doesn't want any of it and was threatened multiple time of violence and murder if he didn't do what the ML want and opened his legs. ML literally warned him he'd cut his ankles or kill him if he didn't accept him.
He is such a big red flag that only the color blind can miss it.
