My theory is that June travels to the past before Kendrick was cryogenized and that's how he is in love with him already. He has already met and fell in love with the future June that will travel to the past.
There's also a tip of that, when they tell June that he accesed and erased some info about Kendrick, but June doesn't remember and thinks he did that by mistake.
Is this really Kendrick or has something possessed him? I hope he’s not secretly an antagonist
