he’s probably just reacting to it, “ouch” as in “that’s an ouchie” type of reaction — i think he’d have a worse reaction if he actually felt the pain
you can also see him getting hurt multiple times and only smiling or swearing bc he got bruised and not bc of the pain
Is it just me, or did I miss a few details? I thought the mc had some kind of nerve dysfunction that made him unable to feel pain. So how was he able to react when his hand got burned?
