bro its not even like this type of plot is new to the romance genre at all, the mc(hyperfocused on this lifelong goal in spite of every obstacle put in their way) overlooks all, even the guy that loves them more than literally anything in the world, and doesnt notice those feelings till the guys gone from their daily life. Like come tf on this ml is nothing special to be getting so mad about this mc

The mc is acting completely logical from his point (considering how he gets treated by almost everyone around him and the promise was just a joke he made as a teen) and the people that act like he has to apologize to ml for his own rape are even worse since when does a victim have to apologize or even act rational
long ass paragraphs hating on mc like are we reading the same thing… god forbid someone’s having a hard time navigating romance because they were busy grinding for their aspiration, and even working twice as hard bc they’re an omega that has something to prove. please find a job
