I checked on cmoa, but the original has only 2 volumes with the 2nd out in 2021. I don't think it will ever upload, I think it might end here, as an open ending...
It got licensed for physical copy in English by 7 seas entertainment, I pre-ordered 2 volumes as only that much was available for upfront purchase. I wonder if there's a chance author will continue the story or maybe there's even more we don't know about
The author claimed it will have a continuation, but never gave a time... So I assume it is on indefinite hiatus
