He does have the struggle of seeing a difference between young and old. I think he views them sort of as different people almost? From how he words it he finds it hard to see baby Prince in this adult man, so seeing them as something of the same person seems to be some of his struggle.
i agree! i wouldn’t really call the story pedophilic, because that’s not how i view it personally, i do think he needs to set a finer line between who shuraka was and who he is now, though!
I mean it is grooming by default. It has nuance of course which is the reason this is enjoyable to many but that aspect is something that icks out many from fully enjoying this

(idk why it slipped my mind), i truly do think this is a good story asides from that aspect. bwat-nim has made many phenomenal works, idk why they decided that shuraka had to be a child, i think the story would’ve worked (not the same, but would’ve been equally enticing) if they made them both kids, made them both adults, or just had them meet when they were both adults. idk, i guess i feel weird reading it knowing about them meeting like this.
Yea I found it weird too. I wished they met when they were the same age atleast and at most like a 2 yr gap
ikkkk!! i think ill continue reading for now, but if it comes out with a physical release, i don’t anticipate buying it or any merch for it due to the fact that it’s starts by one person sort of grooming the other.
im not completely sure how to feel about this. i love the characters, design, world building, and even this main plot line that the story is following.. my one issue.. the age gap?? okay, im fine with age gaps at a certain maturity level and obviously it needs to be legal. and yes, ill say that relationship between tei and shuraka was innocent when shuraka was young, but they still did set them up as lovers, despite tei being sort of a guiding figure for shuraka when he was younger. in the story, ive seen tei reference how he still views him as a kid (a little weird imo) while still cracking him?? and has also made they references while they crack?? IDK.. id like to hear somebody’s thoughts on this. maybe an opposing viewpoint or one that can help me understand this better. i dont think this will throw me off of reading it, but it’s made me feel a bit weird about it so maybe.(￣∇￣")
