this seems like a good story but I fucking hate when they move around pedophilia with a random reincarnation coming out of nowhere.
I like to alter ages because it helps reading these stories. Instead I imagine their ages 10 and 14 to make it somewhat more bearable. Just ignore age written by the author and throw in your own age for the characters.

I do this too, but only when the age gap isn't exactly disgusting or one is well into adulthood and the other is not. At least it seems that they never did anything outside, so that also makes it easier and better.
The issue is... That 16yr old is 2 years away from early adulthood. And that 8yrs old finally double digit.
