well i think he’s a recessive alpha which means you can kinda still change to a beta or omega with enough pheromones. And plus he mated with a dominant alpha that was in a heat cycle so that could’ve pushed him to being a omega.
Authors can make omegaverse whatever they want it to be. It’s all nonsensical.
For my comprehending I think dude was affected by the drug as a baby cuz his father was part of the ring and later on we find out it affects dynamics but that is just my guess I prefer to believe that he was born with generals both alpha and omega
The way I interpreted the last few scenes about Taeseo was that he was an "incomplete" alpha or just wasn't one, in the beginning. Since the doctor was prescribing him some meds to stabilize his Alpha side （￣へ￣) if I had to guess or have a say in what's actually happening....he might've just been a late-bloomer as an omega.
But then again... it's omegaverse fiction╮(￣▽￣)╭ the author's are free to make up the logic in their stories
