new chapters do come up, slowly, but they come. it's slow because this has been published up to her being in school. you can find it on Amazon kindle (gags with kindle) up to a few chapters ago in paperback. also you have to also remember there is an Anime of this now as well. Popular things like this always start dropping behind and get slow releases so the site doesn't get into trouble.
