What's more, despite the fact that his own thoughtless/selfish acts or words over many years up until now is the root cause of everything, yet he always keep ignoring it or blaming others, then first thing to do is justifying himself while dared to cling to ML only due to urgent need someone as suppressant. *applause*
It's absolutely natural that someone who believes if they've been discriminated against, have a handicap, or have trauma, it's okay to care only own convenience and to do anything to others ─even if the other person is the only one who sees them for who they are, praises their abilities or strengths, and has devoted their entire life to support them for over 10years since childhood to ensure they are not looked down upon by others and can live positively─ , will not be trusted or entrusted anything by shareholders, clients or chairman. (Moreover he even has no crisis management skills, eyes to judge obvious true nature, or self-reflection)
This is just a matter of fundamental flaws as human being, not a matter of gender at all.
