It's absolutely natural that someone who believes if they've been discriminated against, have a handicap, or have trauma, it's okay to care only own convenience and to do anything to others ─even if the other person is the only one who sees them for who they are, praises their abilities or strengths, and has devoted their entire life to support them for over 10years since childhood to ensure they are not looked down upon by others and can live positively─ , will not be trusted or entrusted anything by shareholders, clients or chairman. (Moreover he even has no crisis management skills, eyes to judge obvious true nature, or self-reflection)
This is just a matter of fundamental flaws as human being, not a matter of gender at all.

Just seeing how many readers here are who can't understand how Henry's actions or judgment were insane as bodyguard and he brought it all upon himself, and who, unbelievably, not only fail to blame Chase but even mock him, you can see just how insignificant the votes from the fujos here are...
