I'm not reading allat but what I could conclude from this is that you're confused by the pacing... Dawg all I could say is that it's main focus is the sex they tend to just gloss over the tiny details cause this ain't really a romance BL manhwa... It's straight up prn
Started bingereading and I just started S2. MC is seen as having amnesia, and the only reason we can suspect reincarnation was because of the title; MC hasn't mentioned it thus far. And for a weird reason, it's established early on, followed by a major timeskip (8 years). MC's adopted brother apparently hates him because MC was terrible to him in the past, but it's only something that's been mentioned once, so it doesn't really feel cemented in the world for me--and then there's the fact that when MC and his "brother" actually share a real conversation, it's during the brother's first rut, and they end up forming a sexual relationship. So no trauma to get over anymore, I guess? And it's really bizarre how it's explained; the brother explained that despite being abused by MC, he still wanted him--and MC says he's fine with his brother abusing him because he forgets things easily and was terrible to his brother, so he's fine with his brother getting even, so to speak.
Oh, and apparently, MC hasn't seen his mom in the 8 years due to his unstable condition/amnesia, or something like that, which feels super off to me. Maybe the next couple chapters will explain this better. And I'm curious if this is actually a "worthwhile" omegaverse--ie mpreg. Having kids hasn't been mentioned much, let alone to MC that he could get pregnant since he's dealing with two alphas right now. Then there's also apparently some mysteries going on with MC's beta butler who also has feelings for him.
