it's fine if you feel like your drawing is still bad, you can keep learning. no need to worry about your device, and don't overdo the practice either ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

I feel like referencing your favorite bl Manga art and just using that as practice material while learning anatomy and color would be a good way. Or you can read new Manhwas and stuff and draw a scene you like the best and then drawing again from memory to improve. That way you can read and improve at the same time.

Well...I won't say you have to be a gigachad at drawing before you start out, because experience over time will surely make you better, if you want to be a smut artist, then dedicating a good amount of time to learning anatomy like the person above said would be the best call.
I don't know if you want to get into producing your own manhwa or manga or comic but if you do, then forgive me for being straight forward, but you need to have a good, compelling storyline to work with, to make up for the art skills you haven't yet perfected.
