It's not, it's just that Stonehead (the artist working on this) and Dohaem (the artist working on Don't mess with the puppy) are from the same studio (AKEO studio), and mangago threw them in together because both works have AKEO studio tagged!!
Ohh thank god they're not the same I was gonna hate on the author who made this, because wtaf this is just straight up ill. And I loved Don't mess with my puppy and cat therapy.
Thank you for clarifying! I was shocked to know (at first) that the artist could jump from cutesy to a wild story T-T. This just gave me relief like what the other anon said haha.
