Also over the chapters, the Uke starts looking less and less like a 10 yr old, showing how since he's not conditioned to be cute, he's starting to look less like one, idk how to explain it, but his features start looking less child like, for me atleast, some may still argue but the change in his face is evident from chapter 1 to the end

The authors has clarified multiple times throughout the story that Sui is not a child. He been given drugs to completely stop his development and stay small. The story is very warm tho, and Angie always ask for Sui's consent first before doing anything. You'll be safe reading this but just avoid the side chapters
