It’s not that it randomly disappears, an omega can get rid of an alpha’s mark if they get bitten by another one but the alpha cant. Basically omegas can run through multiple alphas but once an alpha gets bitten, they can’t take another omega

I recently re read kiss me liar and noticed that in that it's said that only Omega's can mark alpha's whereas even if an alpha bites/ marks an omega the mark just disappears so I got a doubt as to why does Joshua still have the mark from Chase and has to hide it. Like aren't kiss me liar and kiss me if you can in the same universe?
