I’m so jealous of that breakfast view but I also feel like a privileged brat when I say that bc my view from home (phx AZ) isn’t all that different, it’s just desertous & I see it every day so it doesn’t feel as awe-inspiring. But when I lived in Scotland I was IN LOVE with the abundant greenery, plentiful clear water, & rolling landscape….only to find out the Scots themselves were so over it. They were like "yeah what’s so great about green? That’s ALL there is here" and I was like right….guess that’s how I feel about brown bc it practically feels like I live in the sepia filter back home lol.
HOWEVER I still, on a daily basis, have my breath taken away by the sunsets here. They have to be one of the most beautiful things on this entire planet.
