I just realized in chapter 3 Guwon talks about a rock that he watches on top of a hill and Sisyphus in greek mythology is known for his eternal punishment being to push a boulder up a hill to watch it roll back to the bottom everytime it reached the top I have no clue if its going to be mentioned again or be a part of this story but he tricked the god of death thanatos into putting on his own chains and cheated his way out of death and also making it unable for no one in the world to die. He later tricked the rulers of of the underworld into letting him temporarily go back to the land of the living, he lived a long and full life and then was forcibly dragged back by Hades. Also Sisyphean is a word used to describe a task or something that has a lot of labor futile and never ending. Again I Don’t know if this will take part of the story I just realized it barley
