i had this problem a lot of times too, my fix for this is to wait a few seconds after commenting. Not sure if it'll work for you tho
Sometimes it's also bc you use certain emojis or words

When I post a comment under a manga it goes though but once I refresh the page it disappears. It also doesn’t show up in the my comment section on my profile. Does anyone know how to fix this?
