Nanjo was basically blackmailed in a way.
He may have grown fond of Mokyeon, but don’t forget he never wanted to sleep with him, even puked the first time.
He made the best of a weird situation which was fueled by his saviour complex and ego.
He is embarrassed by being played.
Being humiliated in front of the twink, and he obviously feels like an idiot.
I can understand him just wanting to distance himself and move on with his life
There was a tw: non-con tag did u forget??? He basically forced himself on nanjo even when nanjo begged him to stop he didn't. When s1 ended mokyeon humiliated nanjo in front of sunhwa which is literally valid cause how would u feel if u get humiliated in front of the person you are dating. So everything nanjo doing is literally valid. But yeah I do feed bad for mokyeon's past
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/the_boundary_of_delusion/uu/to_chapter-20/pg-1/. Here read this chapter again and come again about consent.Nanjo have repeatedly said no yet the ml have forced on him constantly
That's clearly his cheating self felt ashamed he is clearly grown man with money and power and decide to be mok ideas don't get me started that nanjo is any victim he literally continued cuz he has saviour complex towards twink mok is wrong but nanjo is no less he one sidely got involved with mok behind twink back which clearly makes him enough bad person. They all are flawful don't see it as one is good other is bad
And he did STOP once the line was crossed. That's the part people keep ignoring. Yes, he continued before, because he believed there was a purpose behind it and that the one condition of the deal would be honored. But the entire arrangement was built on the rule. The moment that rule was broken, the agreement lost all meaning. Why is Nanjo expected to keep respecting a deal when the other party already violated the very condition it was built on? You don't have to agree with how he reacted, but acting like he should've just kept complying after the only boundary that mattered was crossed doesn't make much sense.
That's exactly my point. They're all grown adults, and they're all at fault in different ways. I don't get why people are so determined to put 100% of the blame on Nanjo when this entire situation is the result of everyone's choices. Understanding his perspective isn't excusing him it's acknowledging that none of them are innocent.
Deal was stupid to begin with , since nanjo doesn't know twink other affairs it's clearly cheating doing behind his back even though he likes twink , its nothing Honourable about that deal to begin with may be over time even nanjo knows it still continued cuz mok was comfortable to be with at that time.... You all shouldn't take that nanjo is tough bottom taking stand of himself blah blah while it was wrong from the beginning and it's nothing to be ignored behind noncon and other stuff even if mok was stopping to have sex with nanjo but nanjo still insisted of doing it with mok cuz he thinks sex is only reason of deal but he also gotten used to this all arrangements.
Nobody said the deal was good. It was fucked from the beginning. But acting like Nanjo was making decisions in a normal, healthy state of mind completely ignores the manipulation and coercion he was under. "He could've just stopped" is such an oversimplification. If it were that easy, coercive relationships wouldn't exist. Yes, he made bad choices. So did Mokyeon. So did the ML. That's literally the point they're all flawed adults. I don't get why people bend over backwards to psychoanalyze everyone else's actions but suddenly reduce Nanjo to "he should've known better."
Don't waste your time explaining this normal thing which doesn't required high iq but ppl are still acting dumb like okay that deal was stupid but nanjo wss really trying hard to get sunhwa and that's why he agreed to do everything. But these ppl just know how to blame victim after everything was in front of their eye but they still need someone to explain them in detail....just ignore them they would never understand at all
And people keep bringing up that they're in their 30s as if age automatically makes someone emotionally mature. It doesn't. Plenty of grown men in their 30s, 40s, 50s, or even older still act irrationally, let their egos get the better of them, make terrible relationship decisions, and fail to handle emotions in healthy ways. Age gives you the opportunity to mature it doesn't guarantee that you actually will. So expecting these characters to behave perfectly just because they're over 30 isn't realistic.
I agree with you. Both are wrong. Mokyeon is really wrong but nanjo isn't a victim either. People treat nanjo like a twink while he is as huge as mokyeon. If he really not into it, why don't kick mokyeon since the beginning?? He isn't stupid either, he agree with mokyeon's condition with a clear head. No pheromones used here.

i don’t understand about what mokyeon did wrong? he did everything with nanjo’s consent??
