a gay couple broke up after 7 years, the dumper didnt specify why to the dumpee but they were both hurt by this decision. after a while the dumper met up with his girl ex, an ex before the guy ex, thinking his girl ex is getting married he brought a congratulary money but apparently girl ex's bf cheated on her. she wanted to get revenge so she proposed to dumper to join a reality show about staying under a roof with ur ex, probably cuz they know they are chill with each other so it wont be hard with emotional baggage and everything. but surprise2 he actually met his guy ex in the show.

Ok so from what I could gather, 8 years ago mc had a girlfriend and realized that he's not straight. 7 years ago, he met the black-haired guy (imma call him blackie), who was straight until then. Blackie had a girl best friend (the second one to arrive) back then, which mc also knows. Altho straight, blackie falls for mc and they're happy for years until something happened that led to blackie being in a coma and when he wakes up, he doesn't remember mc. He can't believe himself to be gay and we can infer that he was rude to mc, so mc decides to break up. Three months later, mc's ex-girlfriend asks him to meet up and register for a dating show.
When mc gets there, he encounters blackie's bff and even blackie himself.
Blackie should be able to remember mc as the gay guy he was supposedly dating for 7 years that broke up with him right after he woke up, and he probably thinks of mc as an asshole "homo" (I'm getting some homophobic vibes from blackie).
Now, there are still some questionable things:
1. if blackie and his bff are there as exes, that means they dated either before the thing with mc or after, or they lied. I think it's a little unlikely they had anything going afterwards unless bff fell in love with gay blackie and blackie was in love 7 years ago ... but then he prob wouldn't have fallen for mc in the first place, so that thing is fishy.
2. mc's ex-girlfriend is not on the show. People are saying she could be a wildcard and that does make sense but then there should also be a guy wildcard, no? Otherwise, isn't there an imbalance? Idk how those shows work.
Anyways, I got a little sneaking suspicion that maybe this whole thing was a set-up planned by the girls and maybe even blackie too, because he didn't look surprised to see mc at alllll.
